An entity owned by Charles Hunton of Hunton Group purchased a 17,200-square-foot industrial property on 1.76 acres at 6811 Dixie Drive in southeast Houston. The property includes a two-floor office space with two smaller separate warehouses on a fenced-in lot. Gabe Chalot of Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the seller, Gunnels Interests.
Moody Rambin negotiated two leases totaling 28,138 square feet at Wallisville Industrial Park, 9135 Wallisville Road, in east Houston on behalf of the landlord, Kingswood Estates.
