Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen

Posted on

To all of our Grain family,
Grain Craft Bar + Kitchen is following the orders of Governor Wolf and Governor Carney, and we are reducing service to only pick-up and delivery until advised further. We will offer our full lunch and dinner menu for carryout and delivery from our
Newark and Grain H2O locations. Ordering online and pre-paying is best and safest. Delaware laws also allow picking up alcohol when you arrive. Be sure to pick up one of our [email protected] kits or our 32 oz batch cocktails.

For H2O, it is a longer drive, take the time to enjoy the Spring views, maybe a bike ride on the trail before you pick up lunch/dinner. Curbside will be available there as well.

As of Monday, March 23rd, we have suspended service at our Kennett location until full dining services are allowed.

The impact on the business will be significant to

Printable paper house craft

Posted on

contributed by Leanne Guenther

This easy to assemble craft template of a house works well for a “my family”, “my neighbourhood” or Little Red Ridinghood (Grandma’s house) theme.

Materials:

  • paper,
  • printer,
  • scissors,
  • glue,
  • something to color with (if using B&W template)

Instructions:

  • print template of choice (B&W or color) — you must print all 3 templates.
  • to save ink, try printing on construction paper.  The roof (template 3) works especially well this way.
  • Color in the template pieces (B&W version).
  • Cut out the template pieces.
  • Fold along all of the lines.
  • Use the tabs that say “glue” to guide you as to where to apply glue.  There are also brief directions on the templates to
help you sort out what you need to do.
